I was able to drop my car off nice & early, was then provided with a courtesy car that took the stress away from trying to figure out how to get to and from work and was also continuously updated on the progress of the service via email & text message throughout the day. It was such an easy and smooth process - absolutely hassle free and the price was affordable! I would definitely recommend Bips Automotive to family & friends! "Okay so I will start off by saying how good the customer service is by everyone there. Better than any other mechanics. For the people who are looking for 5 star quality and appreciation for there car and guaranteed customer service and are sick of being run around the block with "couldnt find anything wrong". Or "yeah it's all good". Then leaving and realising they haven't done anything but make you spend a lot of money for a pointless purchase. Bips and their employees are the place to go. I am very picky and very insanely obsessed with the care of my car. So if I am saying go no further than bips..believe it because they are my permanent mechanic now.
